She recently opened up about her tough marriage split, but Susanna Reid swept her worries, and her hair, to one side on Friday when she stepped out for a spot of retail therapy in central London.
The 43-year-old presenter had some familiar company in the form of Strictly Come Dancing pal Vanessa Feltz during the low-key outing as she prepares for a new role on forthcoming ITV breakfast show Good Morning Britain.
Sporting a smart cropped blazer jacket and skinny jeans, Susanna looked typically stylish on another warm day in the capital – but despite the clement conditions her auburn hair looked damp, and considerably darker.
Swept back across her head, Susanna’s locks appeared to be matted and unkempt as she withdrew money from a local cashpoint.
The damp will no doubt do little for the cold she shared with Twitter followers later that day, writing: 'If I'm still coughing like a demon after 4 days of antibiotics, can I assume this isn't a chest infection? #twitterdoc.'
That morning the presenter kept her eyes hidden behind a pair of large shades, while the distinctive suede handbag that casually hung from her left arm rounded things off.
In contrast, Vanessa looked overdressed in a fur lined jacket, black dress and matching boots as she walked alongside her pal, but sported a very similar looking pair of sunglasses.
